Ken Pils Fotograf is the sole owners of the information collected on this site. I only have access to or collect information that you voluntarily give me via E-mail or any other direct contact with you.
The legal basis for processing your personal data is the agreement we entered in connection with the photography assignment. I will save your personal information for 7 years after I have invoiced your company or the time required by the book-keeping act in Sweden.
I will not sell or rent this information to anyone. I will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted me. I will not share your information with any third party outside of my company, other than as necessary to fulfill your request. Unless you ask me not to, I may contact you via E-mail in the future to tell you about specials, new offers, services or changes to this privacy policy.

• Store images in case you as a client want additional access to them. • Publish images on my website and social media to show my work. • Distribute newsletters and new offers. • Invoicing.
